The Black Matrix slider hood won the prestigious “Good Design 2006” award. The model combines steel and glass as well as state of the art technical and design solutions such as sensor control with colour display, keyboard-lock feature, very useful when cleaning the device. Ciarko UNTERNEHMEN has patented the body soundproofing system that makes the hood actually inaudible on the first two speeds. The hood is equipped with two aluminium filters. It was awarded a prize in the “Good Design 2006” contest in the “House Zone” category.
